Julia Donatelle

  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)

  • Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA)

In addition to working directly with people and focusing on their pets behavioral and training needs, Julia also enjoys working alongside veterinary professionals. She excels at teaching cooperative care and husbandry behaviors, a style of training that gives the learner a voice and allows them to be listened to within the training dialogue. Over and over again, Julia is inspired by what transformation can look like when individuals can be heard.

Julia continues to further her education by being an active member in the CCPDT and IAABC. She also attends numerous continuing education courses throughout the year. [Julia accredits her continued learning to experts in the field, such as: Laura Monaco Torelli, Susan Friedman, Monique Feyrecilde, Kiki Yablon, Dr. Sophia Yin, Deb Jones, Dr. Christopher Pachel, Ken Ramirez, Kathy Sdao, Kim Brophey, and so many more . . . + the people and pets she is lucky enough to work with

Julia is grateful to share her time with a clever pit-bull/beagle mix, named Hemingway, who has been her greatest teacher.
